不管嘴巴說要或不要,身體總是挺誠實的!

訓練不是意志力的挑戰,聆聽自己的身體聲音是最佳的回饋,而教練的工作之一就是協助你解讀身體的聲音並且擬定應對的訓練計劃。

 

“I don’t lift super heavy and there are a few things you really can’t do, like anything on your back or ab exercises, but other than that there’s slight modifications here and there. As long as I feel good, I do it. I listen to my body — I think that’s really important.”
